While our home-made ice cream is the “best” and the deli sandwiches featuring hand-carved meats and pretzel rolls are great – it is the setting of the house that truly makes this café a special place. The Sweet Life Café features a wrap-around porch with rocking chairs, ceiling fans, and tables and chairs. You can enjoy a game of checkers, read the newspaper, or simply stroll the garden and enjoy the outdoor trains. Once inside you can sit in our dining room or enjoy tea in “The Tea Room” or host your birthday party or year-end sports event in “The Party Room”.
We have Gourmet Coffee (Lattes, Cappuccino, Espresso, etc.), Home-made Ice Cream, Hand-carved Deli Sandwiches, Fudge and your favorite chocolate, Danish and breakfast cakes, Ice Cream Cakes decorated for your special event are all featured at “The Sweet Life Café”. Our waffle and pancake breakfasts are featured on Saturday and Sunday mornings with mounds of fresh fruit, whip cream, and even ice cream for the brave of heart. |
